We are a local, family owned and run service provider, based in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide, covering all of the Metropolitan area and out reaching areas like Gawler, Noarlunga and the Adelaide Hills.

Our family is passionate about providing a personalised service to individuals of any age, who may need a little support in their life.

Suzanne

Founder, Director, Mother

Meet our founder Suzanne.

She is a mother and grandmother, who is committed to enabling people to live the life of their choosing.

Suzanne has many years of experience working in the disability and aged care space, as well as in hospitality. Suzanne has worked in many diverse roles, from being a waitress and support worker, right up to Executive Management roles, leading departments and teams of people. She has also been a trainer and facilitator in Person Centred Active Support and Dementia Care.

Suzanne has supported and worked with many people of various abilities, ethnicity, age, gender and sexual orientation in the hospitality, aged and disability sectors to improve and expand their skills, learn new things, travel, reach their goals and achieve personal milestones.

With her vast knowledge and experience across multiple sectors, Suzanne will be able to assist with writing and implementing a client care plan that best supports the needs of the individual, ensuring that they receive the right level of support from our most suitable staff. Our customers' needs, goals and choices are always the main priority and drivers for delivering quality care.

We take the time to sit with our customers and learn about them, what they are looking for and needing from their care team and use this information to match the right support worker to the individual customer. 

Suzanne takes great interest in her clients and staff and will be involved throughout the whole journey, ensuring that each person has a wonderful experience with Bhetsy & Co, is enabled to live the life of their choosing, they are listened to and respected and we have fun along the way.
